Welcome to The Phoenix Clinic!

Sibyl has spent nearly three decades in healthcare and still believes good medicine begins with listening. She started her journey as a Registered Medical Assistant in 1997, earned her nursing degree in 2002, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama in 2018. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Her 20 years of bedside experience include more than a decade in the Neuro/Trauma ICU, where she earned national certification in critical care (CCRN). As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in Infectious Diseases, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine—giving her a broad perspective on patient care and today’s healthcare challenges.

Beyond her professional life, Sibyl is a proud mother of three and “GiGi” to two wonderful grandchildren. Family grounds her and reminds her daily why personalized care matters.

The Story Behind The Phoenix Clinic

After 25 years in corporate healthcare, Sibyl saw how impersonal the system had become. Visits were rushed, decisions were influenced by insurance, and patients often felt unheard. She wanted something different—for her patients and for herself.

“I was tired of impersonal healthcare, driven by quantity and not quality of care. I wanted to be able to care for patients in a way that felt more authentic. I also wanted freedom in my personal life.”

The Phoenix Clinic was born from that desire: to return to genuine connection between provider and patient, to slow down, and to put care (not paperwork) at the center again.

Today, that mission continues with every appointment: one patient, one conversation, one plan at a time.

Our Vision

The Phoenix Clinic provides high-quality, affordable care focused on the whole person. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, combining evidence-based medicine with a compassionate, practical approach.

Longer appointment times allow space for real conversations and thoughtful care, supporting wellness and prevention, not just symptom management.

A Note from Sibyl

“My goal is to make healthcare accessible, affordable, and personal again. Whether you’re starting your weight-loss journey, need primary care, or just want a provider who truly listens, I’m here to help.”
